Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited has unveiled a series of leadership changes, signaling a new era for the company. As of September 4, 2023, Bundit Hansapaiboon will lead the company as its chief executive officer. Alongside him, Warakorn Kosolpisitkul has been appointed as the senior executive vice president for Marketing, while Anuwat Rungruangrattanagul will oversee the Refinery division in a similar capacity. Ratrimani Pasiphol will continue her role as managing director.

This leadership reshuffle comes on the heels of a significant transaction. Bangchak Corporation acquired a majority stake in Esso (Thailand) from ExxonMobil Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd., a move announced on August 30, 2023. This acquisition will lead to the rebranding of 700 Esso petrol stations across Thailand, transitioning them to the Bangchak brand.

In a recent disclosure to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Esso (Thailand) provided insights into the company’s restructured organisation, which received approval from the Board of Directors on September 4, 2023.
