III CIS Base Oils and Lubricants Conference

U.S. and European sanctions, focus on import substitution, introduction of new export duties, the tightening of the quality of lubricants, as well as new modernisation projects in Central Asia, are moving the base oils and lubricants industry in Russia and CIS to serious changes. However, at the same time there are new business opportunities for Asian companies to take advantage of the current situation.

Lubricants production in Russia is expected to grow 2 to 3 percent by 2016, driven by automotive and industrial growth, introduction of higher quality oils and increased petroleum production, according to Lube Report.

We are specifically creating a platform for key CIS base oils and lubricants companies to meet international technology providers on 26 – 28 May 2015 in Moscow at the III CIS Base Oils and Lubricants Conference at the Radisson Royal hotel.

The event will gather base oils and lubricants producers from across the CIS region, their international peers, major licensors, additives manufacturers, R&D organisations and the region’s largest end-users.

The impressive CIS Base Oils, Lubricants and Fuels conference agenda features Rosneft Lubricants, Gazpromneft Lubricants, Lukoil International, Bashneft, Tatneft, Naftan, Novokuibyshevsk Oils & Additives Plant, Shell Neft, Total Vostok, Fuchs Oil and many more.
