New Zealand Refining Company appoints director

The directors of the New Zealand Refining Co. Ltd. appointed John Crossman a director of the company. He replaces Peter Colman who resigned. Crossman will be representing the interests of Shell New Zealand Holding Company Ltd. (August 24, 2007)
