PETALING JAYA, Malaysia, Sept. 21, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Sungrow, the global leading inverter and energy storage system supplier, held the Future Energy Roadshow in Malaysia on September 20th with more than 150 clients in attendance. During the roadshow, participants discussed in detail the opportunities and challenges of photovoltaic energy storage development in Malaysia. Government efforts are being made to promote renewable energy in Malaysia
Recently, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emphasized that Malaysia's development will rely heavily on alternative energy and strong cooperation with the world. To support this vision, the government has allocated MYR 2 billion as initial funding for the national energy transition fund.
