U.S. lubricant distributor PetroChoice announces 15th acquisition

PetroChoice announced that it has acquired Hagan Kennington Oil Company, further broadening PetroChoice’s distribution reach in North and South Carolina in the United States. Headquartered in Ft. Washington, Penn., U.S.A., this is PetroChoice’s 15th acquisition since 2008.

PetroChoice is a distributor of lubricants and services in 31 states in the United States, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska among others.

Located in Gastonia, NC, Hagan Kennington Oil Company has been servicing Western portions of North and South Carolina for more than 50 years. The company distributes lubricants, equipment and a wide range of related services to the commercial, automotive and industrial markets.

Kennington is joining PetroChoice and will lead sales and operations in the Charlotte, N.C. market.
